“Such a cute little motel. It’s location is absolutely perfect and close to everything”

“The room and bathroom were not clean and dust was everywhere. My wife has allergies and couldn’t breathe. She went to the desk and they showed her another room which was very musky and was worse than the first room. We got our money back and left. Very few rooms were taken when we arrived and maybe that is why. Housekeeping needs to do a better job and maintenance needs to check for mold.”

“overall the stay was amazing!!! Miss Ruby the day front desk person was so so so sweet and helpful. She did me and my group such a huge favor. Shoutout to her she made the whole experience 10x better. Room exceptionally clean and so cute. I love that it wasn’t your typical white everything cookie cutter look is was very niche and I appreciated it. It was located next to everything making errands and exploring a quick walk anywhere. The only thing that I will say is that they’re included...

“Check-in isn’t until 4 although we were allowed to check in early. We went to the pool where the service was lacking, kitchen closes early and they started closing down pool at 5:30 we felt rushed. The whole reason we stayed there was to enjoy the pool but felt rushed out . It is not worth staying for one night . We ordered room service which also shuts down at 8 and could not find a menu in the website so the restaurant had to recite entire menu over the phone . I don’t recommend staying here...

“Was not given the room we reserved. Booked a room for 6 and got assigned a standard room that only slept 4. Property was “over booked”. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. No reduction in price was offered either. Still had to pay for the pricier room. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck.”

“L’hotel è molto bello e si trova in una bella posizione dell’isola. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è buona. Il grosso problema di questo hotel è che se si resta più di un giorno nei giorni successivi, bisogna richiedere di pulire le stanze e non vengono mai pulite Come si deve. Vengono solo cambiati gli asciugamani, svuotati i cestini e a volte tirati i letti. Non è accettabile che per soggiorni più lunghi si debba rimanere con lo sporco e la polvere...

“So surprised to enter our spacious, lovely room only to find that our bathroom door would not move! Upon inspection, the door seemed to have soaked up a lot of water (the shower leaked) and had become waterlogged and stuck to the floor. Must have been happening for a very long time for the door to become that waterlogged!”
